A Certified Management Consultant, Barry is a Member and registered Certified Quality Management Consultant with the Quality Society of Australasia and has extensive experience in development and implementation of management systems, operational controls, and process improvement with organisations in the USA and Australia, both in the public and private sectors. He is Managing Director of QESIMS Pty Ltd, which provides expertise in identifying and controlling risks associated with business processes, and facilitating construction, application, and ownership of management systems. QESIMS Pty Ltd. is associated with a specialised transport consultancy in the USA.
