Affiliate Membership
As you may have gathered, currently we are a networking organisation of some 42,000+ individuals and organisations around the world with the Motto ' We try Never to say No!' As an established firm with good market credentials, we would be happy to have you join us and network your way with us to a mutually more prosperous future.
We generally have no permanent staff - all our work is handled by individuals or groups of our various Members under contract - even if some contracts go on for years! Also, as we are a private group, we currently do not publish accounts, although there are some plans to operate in at least in some parts of the world in some form of corporate capacity.
We all introduce our skills, products and services to the group and these are logged in our database for matching with the demands we receive. In turn, we all introduce and service prospects looking for goods and services we individually may not be able to supply, and the network seeks to meet those needs from our other members - and hence meeting our aim of meeting all enquiries with a Yes!
There are no charges involved in becoming an Affiliate Member of the M. WORSLEY organisation which is the base level of membership. Conversely, there is no income entitlement other than for work actually done under contract, and for introductory commissions that may be earnt as a result of introducing new business opportunities to the M. WORSLEY organisation.
To register for Affiliate Membership, please contact our office for the appropriate Registration Form. After checking and approval, we will advise you of your Membership Number, and upon acceptable, you can start registering business prospects with us by fax, email or through our websites. However note, only the FIRST Member to register (or subsequently renew registration of) a business prospect or project will be entitled to any commissions and the date/timestamp of the registration will be used in the event of a dispute as to who was first. In the event of a tie, the commission will be split equally amongst all co-claimants. The Member who is currently holding this commission protection is known as the Representative Member for that prospect and the prospect in turn becomes an Affiliate Member themselves once they have themselves registered and all formalities have been completed.
Should business result from your introduction within the following three months, you will be entitled to an introductory commission of 10% of the value-added content of the project. Should you wish to retain an entitlement for introductory commission, the registration as Representative Member must be renewed by the filing of a new registration form which then provides protection from the date of the filing for another three month period. As our web site develops, we expect to make the appropriate forms available for completion online and the resulting registration information available for members to check out online at any time using their passwords to provide the appropriate security, and in the meantime, you can always enquire by fax or email us at any time.
We have no lower limits for people we deal with as far as earning commission on business contacts introduced. For those operating under Affiliate Member casual basis procedures, we invite you to register new business prospects you personally introduce with full details of contact name, position, address, phone/fax/email, type of business and possible areas of interest etc. Then, if they buy goods and services through us for any reason during the subsequent 3 months, you get credited with 10% of the value-added content of the business (as against the 20% for the full Associate Member - see the Associate Member page).
In either case, we pay weekly all those with credits exceeding a total of US$50 paid directly into their bank where we have been given your bank details etc! Whilst some people on our books are giving us leads daily, others only contact us every few years. The choice is entirely up to you, but you must give us details of the Bank Account (Bank Sort Code, Branch, Branch Address & Name of Account & currency) where you want us to pay your commissions and fees etc into as we do not mail out cheques or bank drafts.
